For just one hour a day, input myself first. It took a long time to learn this as a mother because your whole life is spent putting others' needs first.

Yoga everyday and conscientious eating.
My inspirations are
I am inspired by myself and the things my body can do that I never knew. I work hard to unlock these abilities and strengths and I am continually amazed at what I am capable of.
