  My name is Christelle Harris, and today I made the conscious decision to join this website. I have been plagued with infertility, lightheadedness and weight gain for the last few years, and I am determined to help myself through Yoga. This is my new beginning. I am 138 lbs, and only 5'0. I am ready to be healthy, calm and happy!

    Today is a new day, and my second day of starting out with yoga. I am feeling better already, and feel that slowly yoga is building up in me, and making me happier and more accepting of myself. I was quite sore waking up this morning, and I certainly don't get the poses correct, or the flow of a practice yet, but I have understanding that it will all come soon!
