  I'm taking this challenge to slowly detox from sugar and refined foods so my energy flow can be less interrupted. I love and respect my body and being immunosuppressed after being given the gift of life in the form of a double lung transplant thirteen years ago and after having cancer in 2007 (now in remission - yay!), I need to look after my body , mind and soul.
