So, I'm here at 147...about two pounds lost. ;( But, now I'm completely giving up all carbs for the next six weeks. Maybe some brown rice at the most. NO BREAD, NO CEREAL, NO CRACKERS of any kind!! only meats, salads, veggies, fruits, cheese and yogurts. absolutely no carbs/bread. lets see how I do....
