I injured my shoulder dealing with a violent patient in 2010 and pulled my trap on the left side. I have since been dealing with the side effects-scar tissue and limited mobility and extreme pain in my left shoulder and along the left side of my spine. I tried yoga after my doctor recommended it and I found something so much more! I fell in love with all that yoga gives me-physically, mentally and spiritually and I will always be thankful for that.

I work shift work so practice at home is really the only way I can continue to practice yoga and work towards my goals.
