by never loosing touch with it, connecting to people...

I've had a long crazy journey so far and I'm only 26. Been married for 5 years in April and have two crazy daughters (3 years old and 7 months old). Just started my journey with Buddhism and Yoga about a year ago but it has been life changing. I'm hoping to become more focused in this so i can be very dedicated and teach my children.
My Occupation is
I'm a homemaker. It's a lost art. Many call themselves "stay at home mom's" but that's a horrible name. I do so much more than that. I take care of my husband, home, children and community. I do make money on the side at craft fairs and being a certified massage therapist (but that is more of a hobby than occupation).
My hobbies/interests are
I love to create useful things. Knitting, sewing, cooking. I'm an old soul really. I love to be outside and doing anything physical rock climbing, hiking, kayaking and more. But with two young children I rarely get to anymore. It is my dream to become bilingual and learn Italian fluently.
One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
When all else fails use moderation. Eat things in moderation and as whole as you can and move when your body tells you to. If you listen your body will tell you when it has had enough of being sedentary.
My wellness goals are
To achieve certain yoga poses such as Dragon Fly (I have very little upper body strength). To be consistent!!!! My whole life I have had a VERY hard time being consistent; it is mostly full of unfinished goals. My main goal is to make yoga and meditation a part of my DAILY life.
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
With support and guidance from people here. I am a very "A-type" personality and need things like checklists and outlines to be committed. The less I have to figure something out the more likely I will continue it. I need to way to start and balance this in my life and then I can go on to branch out on my own. I need to find a balance between meditative yoga and yoga to become strong. And I don't know how to find that yet.
My inspirations are
Honestly, Audrey Hepburn right now. She was a wonderfully giving and talented person, loved by all. Not to mention fluent in five languages. She could not have accomplished all this without willpower, dedication and consistency. Spiritually it is Buddha, he inspires me to change my thoughts and reactions to the world.
A little more about me
Not much, if anything I may have shared more than people really want to know :-)

I'm taking the De-Stress challenge. I've been taking on so much lately (two small children, moving, buying a house, starting a farm, broken cars, etc) that I'm more stressed than ever. Im not handling it as well as I usually do, so I want to try something to help me.
