    • Which challenge are you taking, and why?

      Beginner Yoga Challenge. I have athritis in my sacro-illiac, hip joint, and neck. Because of the pain, I spent many months with very little exercise, and as expected, my ligaments have shortened and muscles have tightened. I am tired of being unhealthy and unable to move freely. I am relatively new to Yoga and I believe that the guided challenge will help me get started on my journey toward health and fluidity.
