As a world citizen, I am currently living in Slovakia. I'm from the UK and have lived in Israel, Canada and the U.S. My previous occupation was one that allowed me to travel the world (cruising) and open my eyes to the oneness of humanity. Music and performing are my passion, although at the moment my life is introducing me to new experiences in different spheres.

I am a kindergarten teacher with a class of 4 and 5 year olds. I love them dearly.

The Baha'i Faith is my reason for living and brings me spiritual comfort and inspiration to become the best I can in order to serve humanity.

My wellness goals are
My goals are, I'm sure, commonplace: to improve my physical and mental health.

I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
I aspire to utuilse this site as often as I can and apply some willpower and perseverance as I know I need the benefits of regular wellness.

My inspirations are
The Baha'i Faith and my many inspirational and loving friends who share of themselves freely.

Man reacheth perfection through good deeds, voluntarily performed, not through good deeds the doing of which was forced upon him. And sharing is a personally chosen righteous act: that is, the rich should extend assistance to the poor, they should expend their substance for the poor, but of their own free will, and not because of the poor have gained this end by force.
