health/fitness, yoga, cooking, being outdoors, the beach, writing, spending time with family and friends
One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
base your health/wellness success by week, not by day ! everyone has bad days (one day you might miss a work-out , not get enough sleep, or eat a gallon of ice cream), but don't give up or beat yourself up, just make up for it !
My wellness goals are
to eat natural, whole, and organic/local foods when possible, get plenty of rest, and to keep moving !
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
maintaining a routine and a positive attitude
My inspirations are
my parents, my sister, my sweetie and of course all the MYO teachers !
