Day one over and I see several opportunities for improvement :-) I had planned making several small changes but ended up making none. The food journal however reinforces what I know. I seek out sweet treats when tired and frustrated.

I am taking the Get Lean Get Healthy challenge. I have slowly gained weight over the years and failed at dieting because of the simple fact that dieting makes me miserable and does not support my goals of being happy and healthy. Well-being, happiness, health and food are all related and I need to find the right balance.
