I am brand new to yoga but am very excited to bring it into my life. I am currently training to run my first 10k and think Yoga would be an excellent addition to my training routine.

I am a Project Manager at Volunteer Toronto.
My hobbies/interests are
I love to dance, jog, paint, read, watch movies, laugh, ski, play baseball, cycle, watch documentaries
One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
I keep mindful of the negative thoughts that seep into my mind. When I hear them I acknowledge them and let me go.
