nurse , RN will have BSN by Sept 2011. planning on continuing in Masters

My hobbies/interests are
Scuba diving, traveling, cooking, drinking wine, learning about yoga and meditation, reading, computer searching :), hiking, skiing, being around water

My wellness goals are
lose 10 pounds, do yoga at least 3 days a week, learn transcendental meditation, read the catholic bible through in a year

I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
through positive affirmations and dedication

      because of the early rigorous exercise of diving I only once was able to do my yoga. I miss it.

          scuba dove Bonaire this week, just 11 dives, but really fun and trying.
