      I got motivated enough to do some yoga today, and amazingly got into Firefly pose!!! Wowsers...

          Well, I woke up earlier than my alarm, and took the de-stress challenges' advice of getting up. I was still tired, but took advantage of the time to do a wee yoga this morning. Unheard of in my world, yet fulfilling. May I keep this peace throughout my day.

              This experience of committing to the destress program has definitely had numerous positive effects in my life. I will have to focus an intention to keep up the daily practice. Thanks so much for this February Challenge!

                      I am wonderfully surprised at my own commitment to the Destress program, attempting new forms of yoga and/or meditation daily. I certainly have slept more this week than in a long time. Namaste

                          Which challenge are you taking, and why?

                          I am taking the Destress Challenge, as I am forevere stressed, and want to learn new coping mechanisms and methods of prevention to maximize joy and peace in my life. :D
