One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
I view fresh fruits as a treat when shopping, so when I feel like a need to buy a treat for me I get a 1/2 pint of raspberries or blueberries, or maybe an attafulo mango no matter what the price, rather than deny myself the treat and resent myself. It keeps me from buying chocolate and chips.
My wellness goals are
My goal is a fit toned body. Trim thighs ( where most of my weight sits), tight abs and a definable waist.
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
Minimum of 3 days a week with an intense workout type yoga.
My inspirations are
Not wanting to return to my previous weight/ body shape.

3 week toning challenge/ just finished a 4 week boot camp. It was good but a lot of driving, it certainly got me a bump/start after 6 weeks down from a surgery but I definitively prefer yoga. So the 3 week challenge looked like a good structured way to start.
