Yoga, running, cooking healthy food, reading, spending time w/ friends and family
One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Make a little time (at least 1 hr... hopefully more) each day to do something just for you... whether it be yoga, going for a walk, reading a book, or meditating.
Also... keep in mind that those "tapes" that run through your mind ("I'm not smart enough" "I'm unlovable" "I'm an outsider") are shared by many other people in the world... and are often a self-fulfilling prophecy that is reinforced by our consistent attempts to turn them off. Maybe it's not a matter of turning them off.... but instead accepting that they are there for a reason.... and refocusing back on what's most important to you in life despite the tapes. You'll be amazed.... the volume will end up lowering automatically. (c;
