My hobbies/interests are
Yoga, Reading, Studying, Art, Plants and Animals, Cooking, Aromatherapy...

One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Water. To drink, swim in, watch, admire, etc.....

My wellness goals are
To feel stronger, more relaxed. To love myself. To encourage myself to grow as a person. To heal from past struggles and ongoing challenges. To find some focus and balance in my life.

I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
One day at a time. One breath at a time.

My inspirations are
Marley, my dog. She is a Fluffy Princess Angel. My husband who not only lives with me successfully but manages to love me and to know me better than anyone. He is a deep sea of comfort and I am always impressed by his creativity, patience and kindness.

    • Which challenge are you taking, and why?

      I would like to have more control over my emotional state. I feel very fortunate in my life but due to anxiety and stress I do not fully appreciate it all. In an effort to nurture the joys in my life I need to learn to slough off the layer (s) of anxiety and fear.
