Hi Allegra, I don't have any suggestions for you, but just wanted to say you are not alone. I am a stressed mother of a child who is sleep challenged too. It sure is hard to manage a child when you are tired! I do find the days I can muster up enough energy to do some yoga, always turning out better after my practise. I hope you find the same! Thinking of all the stressed out mum's who need a good sleep!

if possible, maybe you could download some songs from Temmy Lewis and when you go back to bed after taking care of your little one you can just yoga breath through the song... try Ocean Sand to start. It's only about 5 minutes. Bernie Clark is excellent to teach meditation. Try his lessons on here so you can learn/achieve yoga breathing/ mindful awareness.
