I’m an inquisitive person who gets completely obsessed and needs to learn as much as possible about my current fixation. I’m trying how to bring balance into my life.
My Occupation is
A postdoctoral fellow, or research psychologist. I’m currently investigating an animal model of schizophrenia.
My hobbies/interests are
Currently I’m immersing myself in yoga and meditation. I’ve always loved exercise and learning about exercise physiology, yoga offers a very special twist on this.
I’m collecting crystals/stones/rocks, I’ve dabbled in a bit of sewing, and I’m getting back into reading.
I also have two black cats that are very entertaining and hold an important spot in my life.
One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Consistent exercise. It doesn’t have to be much just as long as it’s consistent.

My inspirations are
Many people, especially individuals who are calm, cantered, intelligent and kind. These people always bring a breath of fresh air when I come across them.
