Lori holds certifications in Classical Hatha, Yin, Prenatal, Baby & Me, and Kid's Yoga and teaches throughout the lower mainland, and privately. Lori has a great passion for working with pregnant women and their families. Lori is a Birth Doula, a member of the Doula Services Association, and a member of the Yoga Association of BC. Lori teaches full time and holds classes downtown in Yaletown, as well as Mt.Pleasant & East Vancouver areas.
