yogitoes: Tuesday Giveaway
Posted on July 23rd, 2012
Question: How do you stay in alignment—on and off your mat?
On our yoga mat and off, we like to stay in alignment—whether that’s in Warrior III, or deciding between restaurants after class. It’s important to us that we make choices that keep our outer aligned with our inner: Compromised or streamlined? Ocean-friendly or farmed?
So we’re big on yogitoes in general as a company, and especially their rYoga Collection, a complete line of yoga tools made of recycled materials including recycled plastic bottles, recycled rubber, and rice husk—all items that would otherwise occupy landfills or pollute oceans.
The yogitoes rSkidless yoga towel is a super absorbent, hygienic layer to place on your yoga mat to prevent slipping. It’s got yogitoes’ patented Skidless grip technology (what they like to call “dots that grip so you don’t slip™”). Plus it’s made with 50% recycled polyester that’s derived from eight recycled plastic bottles for every towel. All dyes in yogitoes products are heavy metal- and azo-free, which is much better for the health of factory workers, consumers and the environment.
The yogitoes team is deeply committed to sustainability. Now that’s alignment.
