My Yoga Online is proud to be supporting the 3rd annual Yoga in Motion event.  On April 10, 2011 participate in the 3rd annual Yoga in Motion benefiting breast cancer research at the Samuel Lunenfeld Research Institute of Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto (ON). On this very special day, our participants will take part in a double-fitness marathon of yoga and *Zumba(tm) fitness.

The full-day marathon includes:
* Yoga and Zumba(tm) fitness sessions
* A vendor marketplace
* Guest speakers
* Entertainment and live DJ music
* Healthy lifestyle information
* Breast cancer screening and awareness

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among Canadian women. In 2008, an estimated 22,400 Canadian women and 170 men were diagnosed with breast cancer and over 5,000 did not survive.  Participating in this event you will:

- create positive change

- help combat breast cancer

- support a world class Hospital and research facility
