I round out my practice to encompass all of the limbs. I find the focuses change according to the ebb and flow of the natural life force and circumstance. It just all circulates and lead different states of samedhi at different periods of time according to the laws that govern the universe.
I believe there are different times of day and perhaps seasons as well that are best for for practicing the different aspects. For example it has been said that asana practice is best done in the afternoon hours on an empty stomach after the body has accustomed itself to the energy of the day. it is also been said that the most conducive times for silent meditation are the few hours before the dawn (when the spiritual energy is believed to be highest. ) are some well known examples of this idea.

Pranayama, dhyana and also dharana - all life changers and have put me on the path to fight and win against cancer. To me, cancer affected my head and heart more than the bloodstream that was affected. Daily I strengthen these areas through my love of yoga and know that in time my blood will be pure and cancer-free. Thank you for this question. I would love the shirt in homage of my fight, but posing that also reminded me of what I am doing and Why.

DHYANA — meditation, sitting in stillness is the other branch of yoga I practice. Would love one day to them all (the ones you mentioned). If I won I would give the children's shirt to my niece so we could practice yoga together. It would be a great way to bond :)
