I agree! It is bst to practice kundalini in the morning for me. I feel detoxed, strengthened, empowered and yet relaxed. I love starting out my day this way and I love Maya's videos. I wish there were more kundalini videos, I liked, available.

I wish there were more intermediate Kundalini classes, like a longer version of the 13 minute Energy Boost practice (which is awesome!).
More Kundalini mediations and chanting, by themselves, would also be appreciated.

I agree! Kundalani is magical although I've found it's best to practice it with others as the energy is multiplied when we come together.
