An apple a day keeps the doctor away!  We are excited to announce that you can now practice My Yoga Online with your AppleTV

In order to view our videos on your TV, you need the following:

1. AppleTV box.  New version.

2. iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch with OS 4.3 or higher.

3. Device streaming quality

*iPad - excellent

*iPhone - good

Turn on your Apple TV and visit our website on your apple device.  Choose a video you wish to view.  On the right side of the play bar will be a TV icon.  Click this icon and choose AppleTV. Your video will now stream to your TV.
