This is such a great pose. Pigeon pose also strengthens the immune system. The pressure of the heel of the foot on the groin stimulates the lymph nodes to “release their juices”, thus cleansing them out and making them work more efficiently. No need for a flu shot with this pose!

Very good information on yoga.I am actually practicing yoga for about three weeks and i found it really helpful for me…
i have personally used this pose in last 2 months.really helped me in my back pain
