    Remember that wherever you are, whatever state your body is in you can do yoga. It can start in the mind and then translate to the physical body. I would be able to give better advice if I knew better why you’re having a hard time getting back. I try to make yoga accessible to all my clients whatever physical state they’re in.

    Science does come first, as in the research/studies that answer these questions. But sometimes our bodies tell us a more immediate and honest answer… I know mine feels great after any stretching, and more so after a good yoga session! :)

    have a hard time getting back into doing my yoga, things have happen since i’ve stop doing it as well , it was the best ever for my spirit it lifted me to a level of unbeleiveable heights ,How can i get back on right track?
