    Yes, this is a very good abdominal exercise. It helps you to keep your Tummy in shape without working out on a treadmill or regular morning walk..Try this it is really effective.

    I find upward facing dog really great after either conventional abdominal exercises, or Yogic abdominal exercises. It is so important to keep the stomach musculature stretched and relaxed, and whilst strengthening exercises are good for you - strength within flexibility is the way to truly abundant vitality.
