I don’t think that posture is important for all meditation types. I am doing TM(Transcedental Meditation). In this meditation I am no following any posture.
I must check out those tips. I’m trying to become flexible and yoga seems like a good idea.
I did read a lot about her. She is very famous. I Like her.
