Meghan, your classes are so wonderfully amazing! I always feel so refreshed and ready for the day after one of your practices! I am working myself up to be able to do Honey, I haven't attempted it yet since I'm not quite at that level. I aspire to be able to come to one your retreats in the near future, they sound like paradise! But in the meantime, please keep posting videos! :) Namaste!

Meghan, you have inspired me so much! I do your classes at least 3 times a week via MYO. I love love love them! I live in Italy but will be in Vancouver this summer and I hope to find one of your classes. Keep making videos...they are the perfect mixture of fluidity, balance, and strength. Grazie!

Wow - this was more challenging than I expected but great! It went a touch beyond my abilities which is what pushes me to go a little farther, reach a little deeper and become a little more in tune with my yoga practice. I was amazed by Meghan's ballerina-like style of movement - very graceful & beautiful to watch - and it inspired me to also strive for more graceful movement.
