Kreg is a co-founder of My Yoga Online and certified Hatha Yoga Teacher. Several years ago, Kreg discovered yoga while teaching health and fitness. Yoga dramatically transformed Kreg's approach to teaching health and wellness as well as changed his personal life bringing new direction in finding physical, mental, and spiritual growth.
Kreg feels fortunate to have been able to combine years of experience in exercise science with the Yoga instruction. To complement his teaching, Kreg has completed his Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics and Health Sciences at UBC. With his extensive background in anatomy and physiology, Kreg strives to educate and safely guide his students in how asanas, pranayama, and meditation act to rejuvenate and heal the body and mind.
Kreg also enjoys pursuing ventures raising funds for local and international charities including his on-going Outdoor Yoga series that has raised thousands of dollars for Doctors Without Borders over the past few years.

Hi Minty, definitely make sure there is no inflammation in the ankle as any exercise may increase the inflammation and be contraindicating ... if you are able to engage in some yoga, I recommend my Gentle Renewal Flow (http://www.myyogaonline.com/videos/beginner-yoga/gentle-renewal-flow) or Marla's Get Ready Sleep flow (http://www.myyogaonline.com/videos/yoga/get-set-for-a-good-sleep) ... even with these flows, you may need to modify your foot/ankle position to avoid pressure and loading. Hello Kreg, I turned my ankle yesterday and now have to be a little careful with putting weight on it. I hate to have to postpone my yoga practise though so I was wondering if you could suggest some poses or a video that I could do that don't require putting weight on that foot?

Hi Kumar, We won't be able to modify/extend this meditation as our team is focusing releasing other productions. A possible alternative is to pause the practice during the 'holding' phase of the meditation - then, continue applying the meditation elements internally for the length of time you desire.
