Yoga Outreach is a Vancouver based registered charity. Our mission is to identify, develop, and deliver healing and life-affirming yoga programs to people who can not directly access these resources. Yoga Outreach partners with volunteer yoga instructors, community organizations, social service  and correctional facilities to provide ongoing yoga programming for some of our community’s most under-served and vulnerable members. At Yoga Outreach we believe Yoga can change peoples lives, together we can make change possible on one yoga mat at a time.
