Video Description

Refresh your perspective. Increase self acceptance and self-actualization with this therapeutic practice that combines pranayama (breath work) with yoga postures and visualization. This practice begins with standing breath work, progresses to a flow of postures, then ends with 10 minutes of soothing restorative yoga. Note: have a bolster or pillow, and a blanket nearby.

Rick Coe

Rick Coe has an MA Transpersonal Counselling Psychology from Naropa University. He lives in Vancouver and teaches yoga at Exhale Studio, practices counselling at Jericho Counselling, and is currently training with Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy.

In addition he is developing community workshops combining yoga with with movement and dance modalities, as well as with nature reconnection.
