Her attitude struck me best; she seems very open and comfortable. This is a practice that I might have done on my own time but not consider 'proper' yoga. But what is proper yoga? healthy alignment and breathing, free movement has a place. Great for a quick after work relaxation, and it feeds right into a meditation :)
