Bernie Clark

Bernie Clark has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1998. He has a bachelors degree in science from the University of Waterloo and combines his intense interest in yoga with an understanding of the scientific approach to investigating the nature of things. His ongoing studies have taken him deeply inside mythology, comparative religions, and psychology. All of these avenues of exploration have clarified his under-standing of the ancient Eastern practices of yoga and meditation.

I also find that this is a wonderful practive when on your moon cycle. It taps into the instrospective state at this time of the month. Thanks Bernie!

I'd like to ask him for a yin session without the side monologue.. leading us into the positions and further relaxation with more space for looking inwards.. and a quiet muisc background. It would be terrific!!

I feel much better than one hour ago. Will do more bends as part of my practice and hope that Bernie gives us more of his gifts.

In today`s society, where demands from others as well as from ourselves are bigger than ever, it`s fantastic to have Bernie telling you about "allowing". Also he is absolutely hilarious, I was laughing out loud several times during practice : ) Most importantly, my back hasn`t felt this good in months. Please give us more classes with Bernie!
