Video Description

This Pilates "quickie" is a fast pace, rhythmic sequence of movements that will strengthen your body from the inside out. This is recommended for practitioners with some Pilates experience. Use it as a warm up for a Yoga practice, a challenging day, or as an end of a long day-last minute core experience.
