We are in sitting meditation, and suddenly the video takes you to an active standing radiant heart movement. There doesn't seem to be a completion of the practice.

I agree that the silhouettes make it difficult to ensure correct posture, but I think that since it is a level 3 class they are supposing you already know the asanas. Thank you, My Yoga- please give us more Shiva Rea!
