This shorter length Pre-Natal Yoga class is a perfect break at any time during your day, to allow your self to become more peaceful, at ease and connected with the growing life inside you. It includes some gentle neck release postures, plenty of asanas to encourage open hips and pelvis all while flowing peacefully with a emphasis on the breath. Some attention is given to postures that encourage baby's optimum birthing position, which has been shown to contribute to a shorter and less painful labor. It ends with a simple balance, and a beautiful baby bonding, guided relaxation.

Ariel teaches all levels hatha and power yoga, and specializes in Pre-Natal yoga. She is a labor and birth support doula with training from the Seattle Midwifery School. Her teaching draws on her background of contemporary movement training, jazz and ballet, personal yoga practice and intuition.
