Then moving into this class Jesse is your guide to proper position in both muscle use & yoga poses. I learn something from each one of Jesses' classes And each informative tip videos. Did the 90 minute version of this class first and learned huge from it. Makes you realize things in your body even for someone like me who has been practicing for years. Will take this with me to other practices I am doing. Excellent.
