I love how Cielo challenges us to go deeper without making us feel like we have to push our bodies too hard. I always end up feeling a warm sense of peace and deep calm after I practice with Cielo. Thank you, Cielo. More please!
-2 Rate Comment DownRate Comment Up LisaRhea 2009-06-04 19:02:40 I found this practice to be almost disjointed. I had a hard time finding my rhythm; the instructions were very detailed, which became distracting. I don't think that I will use this particular video again.

It moves easily together with a push near the end where the first time you do the class you will have to catch the screen to see if you are in rhythm. This 30 min class is great to give you a work-out to fill in your busy week.

-2 Rate Comment DownRate Comment Up lizpage 2009-04-17 06:07:32 This was, all and all, a very nice video and a nice sequence. I like everything Cielo says. The problem is that you try to pack too many words in. Therefore you speak too quickly to fit it all in, and it ends up feeling distracting, or rushed. Fewer words, spoken more slowly can be just as effective. The trick is to choose which of your great ideas to share, and which to save for the next video! Thank you.
