Very calming, interesting, I love the chanting and meditation, I love the attention to breath throughout the class. This video has reinspired me, and I am practicing so much more because of it. As you listen to the instructor,you begin to notice the mental change inside and outward physical changes. Lidija gives clear instructions with meaning so that we can concentrate on the inward aspects of this class as she tells us to keep our eyes closed to really get the most out of her class. Her body alignment (as we see her reposition herself) shows us how to get the best out of each pose. The best of both-outward and inward yoga-isn't that why we do yoga? With the pauses after the movements-I feel like I'm in a studio, able to take my time to integrate all that her class has to offer. Thank you Lidjia.

Something about the long pauses... the second time, however I began to really enjoy it, tuned in, and realized the purpose of the long pause and the slow pace at moments. I have no doubt about the power of this kind of yoga practice. It is now one of my favourite classes. I agree, I would like to see more Kundalini, in long one hour sessions like this one.

After having a strange feeling not calm or relaxed like after the rest classes. Feeling like I was disturbed.
