This class is for those that have experience with Classical Pilates Mat work and are ready for a challenge. More complex and difficult exercises are introduced to challenge your breath capacity, core strength and stamina, as well as flexibility.

Erin Murphy's interest in movement and dance began at age 5. She danced in Vancouver, training at Arts Umbrella’s professional program at and then the Ballet B.C. Mentor program. Her dance career took her to Montreal and then to New York City. Through dance Erin began to study Pilates in NYC and loved the strength, energy and movement it gave her in her body.
