Explore hip openers, backbends and balancing poses that will invigorate your body and free your soul. You are encouraged to build a strong foundation, paying close attention to detail, moving into the more advanced poses only if both your body and mind feel ready.

I have used his practices as inspiration in my teachings and my students seem to enjoy the creativity and strength building his practices provide. Also, his speech is of normal tone and fluctuations unlike some of the other instructors on this site that tend to dramatize the voice to almost a spooky quality.

Just a short visit to headstand land is all you need to kick-start your confidence. Overall this is a great body opening practice.

During much of the video, all the viewer can see is Nico's back end in the bottom right hand of the screen. Not very instructive.
