Anita Seiz comes from a background of dance in classical and contemporary styles. In June 2004 she graduated with distinction from Long Beach Dance Conditioning's Advances in Pilates Technique training under Master Instructor, Marie-Jose Blom-Lawrence. This deeply added to her existing experience as a pilates instructor and prompted further study under Eric Franklin. In July 2005, she completed the Level 1 Franklin Method Certification, emphasizing postural and biomechanical imagery techniques.
