Marla began her study of body and movement very early in life as a competitive gymnast, then a professional dancer. Her yoga journey began in 1998 in Vancouver at the Prana Yoga and Zen Centre. Yoga became an instant passion and quickly became her central focus. Marla is passionate about teaching in a style that highlights the breath, along with body alignment and awareness.
